The first thing that comes to mind is the character from NCIS. I might assume the parents are fans of the show or they are Jewish.
I think the name itself is spunky and fresh. I like the meaning "bright". But then I read the comments section and one of the posters said it also means gonorrhea?? I have no knowledge of Hebrew so I don't know if that's true or not. That kind of puts me off though, which is a shame because it is quite a nice name.
