Like you, I'm glad to see it and surprised that it exists.I dislike Brennan: it looks and sounds sloppy even though it isn't. Bran is lovely in its own context, but everywhere else it's too breakfast-cereal.I like Brendan very much indeed and might have used it as a mn if I'd had enough sons. But I'd have been much more likely to use Brendon instead, though I like it less, because it is the name of my son's best friend since they were three years old. He's a fine person that I'd be happy to honour.
