Albus- it's a little weird but HP makes it possible for me to see it used here. Good meaning
Axel- I think of the axle of a car, even though it makes little sense
Jackson - more common, but points for not using Jaxson. I'm not really a fan of -son names for anyone
Liam - I really dislike Liam. A friend's used it and it's less irritating now than it was 2 years ago but still cringe when I hear it used
Melvin - meh, nothing special to me but the sound is nice enough. Not a great meaning though.
Sebastian - not a fan but Bash (nn) is decent. I just don't like the sound or the way it rolls off my lips
Zachariah - I like it but Zac names have always been overused in my mind. Zechariah and other spellings have only replaced Zachary.
My vote is for Albus, it's got everything in my mind. Al nn if the kid goes through a phase hating it. Not on the top 1000, but thanks to HP it's heard of. A positive character too. Has a good meaning. What more do you need in a name?
