Given my love for many German names, I like the name Adolf in it's own right. However, with it's associations, I just don't find it usable.

Well, the name "Donald" is now taboo, as far as I'm concerned...

That's ok though, it's a family name and my uncle and cousins have since used it, so I say their branch of the family can have the name. lol!
