I've never met anyone actually named Ximena before. I think I might have seen it on a list of recent birth announcements but I'm not sure. Surprisingly, it ranked as number 514 on the most popular girls' names list in the U.S (in 2003). I'm guessing that it's much more popular among Hispanic communities.
