I've found by "googling" it that it is Hebrew meaning "God's Congregation" and also Native American meaning "Beaver"

Not sure about the legitimacy of either meaning though.

The first is very simular to what Miss Claire said so it's probbly right. Don't know about the beaver one..hehe..beaver.
