The origin name of Rejean was asked a couple of times before: http://www.behindthename.com/bb/arcview.php?id=14628&board=gen and

Naturally, I would assume Rejeanne's merely a feminine form of Rejean. But it doesn't look like anybody gave a concrete explanation of what Rejean itself means.
