At least Theda Bara named herself that and not her child!

And I think it's a really pretty name. Her real name was Theodosia Goodman, so Theda was a nn of Theodosia (unless she made it up, which I'm still not sure about, but it she made it up it's still really cool). Besides, it would probably be better to name your child after her than most actresses around today...let's see...she began her career as a sex symbol at the age of twenty-nine when that was considered old, she was married to one man her entire married life, and she was a very unique actress.
