leigh, leah or lee... from old english meaning wood, clearing or meadow... my guess? slender meadow... from a place name... Lynn from welsh llyn 'lake'... also its a feminine suffix.. probably translated to mean 'little'

we had to be rational?a slender meadow? hmmm... a thin meadow? one that is more long than wide? one with very long sides and little width? more of a corridor between the forest then an actual meadow? is that rational enough?
