Akhaia = A region in Southern Greece. Achaios (or Achaean) was synonymous to Greek in Homeric usage.
Aiaia – no idea!
Elysion – Abode of the blessed, where the dead heroes go.
Eumaios – From "Eu" (good) and "maiomai"(to seek).
Euneos – "in one’s bed or couch. particularly the marital one", Jeez where do you get these unusal names? :)
Laios – "on the left, left-handed"
Andonis / Andonia – Same as Anthony, unless you mean the god:
Adonis: from the verb "ado" meaning to sing (here I beg to disagree with Mike C’s explanation).
Anstace, Anstice – From "anistemi" meaning to stand up, to raise up.
