Jemina - form of Jemima?
Just a quick question - is Jemina a variant of Jemima (meaning "dove"), and if not, what does it mean? I'm interested in the name's meaning. I live in Finland, and while I've never met anyone called Jemima, I have come across a few Jeminas. I figured out it could be a form of Jemima used in Finland because Jemina seems to fit the Finnish tongue better than Jemima. Am I wrong? I'm not sure if the name Jemina is used in other countries. ---Thanks!
