Can anyone tell me the correct pronunciation of the Anglo-Saxon name Leofwine? Apparantly the f is supposed to be pronounced like a v, but I'm not sure.

Well, here's Wikipedia's article on Old English, which includes pronunciation of letters: http://snipurl.com/ghvy. Based on that, the Old English pronunciation of Leofwine appears quite variable:
1. lee-o-vwin-ee
2. leh-o-vwin-eh
3. lee-ah-vwin-ee
4. leh-ah-vwin-eh
5. lee-o-vwin-eh
6. leh-o-vwin-ee
I didn't see anything in the article that would help pinpoint which pronunciation would be correct for Leofwine; and indeed the pr. could've been this variable in practice, according to where a person lived, a la our Alicia.
I couldn't find anything on where to stress words, so you're on your own for that.
Personally, I'd choose the pr. lee-o-vwin-ee.
