Jorunn - a question about this name.
I have a source that says that Jorunn is actually a Scandinavian form of Eberwin (ebur "wild boar" + wini "friend"), since jofürr is actually the Old Norse word for "wild boar."Is this right or wrong? Or is this origin, along with the one listed in the database, perfectly possible for Jorunn?Thank you for your input! :)

I looked it up in a Norwegian site, and it says the same as the btn database (http://www.dinbaby.com/felles/navneguiden/jentenavn?s=f&n=Jorunn) (in Norwegian)
