Malena is also used in spanish as the short form of Magdalena.

Curious, why were some names deleted? I'd think you'd want as many as possible to be complete?

The 24 "deleted" names were either misspelled (in which case the correctly spelled entry appears in the added names list) or split into two names (which makes the database think the original name was deleted - bit of a bug I guess).

Thanks for the new update!

I was really happy to see Nneka added to the database, as well as your updates (perhaps before this update) on Ute and Celeste. Thank you so much for running & expanding BtN, while keeping it as reliable as ever!

First of all, thanks for the update :-) Second, a question: if a submitted name was not added, is that because you didn't have time, or because there was some problem with the submission? Specifically, is there a reason that you didn't add Kavya in this update?

I completed my email up to April 2006, at which time new names were submitted directly into a database instead of being emailed to me. When did you email Kavya to me?

I sent Kavya in maybe a month ago? It's still not showing up in the database.

My submissions haven't been added yet either, I submitted several names several updates ago. But I know how much work it is to maintain a website, so I'm patient. :)
