I want help in settling a disbute between my friend and me. Can Lisha be an anglicized spelling of Laoise, the Irish name?

Since they're pronounced the same way, I don't see why it couldn't be. The idea of an Anglicization is that you take the name and respell it to make the pronunciation more intuitive for English speakers, and Lisha would successfully do this for Laoise.
