In the UK...
Ivo is usually pronounced eye-vo.It's not uncommon amongst the middle classes.It's a form of Ives; Ivo and Ivon are from the medieval French declensions of the name. Compare Hugues, Hugo, Huon; Miles, Milo, Milon etc.
