I believe that "Khamaat" may mean either of these-
Soul of Maat (Ka is a part of the ancient egyptian equivalent of the soul)Maat was also the Goddess of truth and the way things should be.
Soul of truth (maat was also used as a word for truth)
Or
Soul of order (way things should be).
