The name Rumle is often used for pets in Denmark, the Danish verb "rumle" means "to rumble" (bullra / skramla in Swedish), but I'm quite sure that this meaning is only for the pet names :)
I couldn't find any origin or meaning for the human name Rumle, but I'd guess it has got something to do with the name Rumold (Old High German 'hruom' = glory + 'walt' = ruler).
