Essylt
So. I'm aware that Esyllt is the traditional Welsh form of Isolde and the two are said completely differently. However, I just saw Essylt, and various websites have it listed as a real variant of Isolde. Is it legit, or is it just a misspelling of Esyllt?Thank you!

Yes, I have seen this spelling in Wales however Esyllt is more common. Essyllt is much less common.
N.B. Essylt and Esyllt may be pronounced slightly differently as 'LL' is a separate 'letter' to 'L' in Welsh.

Thanks! Yeah, I know the 'LL' sound; that was why I was surprised to see Essylt.
