You are seeing different pronunciations because of different dialects & accents. Both are correct and acceptable.

My husband's grandmother and I once counted 6 or 7 different ways we had come across Siobhan( my name) pronounced in Ireland depending on where the speaker was from and if they were primarily Irish speakers or not (ie Irish people who speak Irish more than English).
