Aaralyn
There were 54 baby girl Aaralyns born in the USA last year (276 if you count other spellings like Aralyn, Aralynn etc.). All the websites I can find it on (including the user submitted db on this site) say it's of American English origin and means "with song" or "melody" or something like that, which I'm dubious of for a number of reasons. Does anyone know where this comes from and why it's suddenly so popular? A book? Movie? It's odd that the most common spelling starts with AA. ******************************************
