Again, I am asking for anyone who would possibly know the latinization of a name, in this case, the name Lee, and please note that I am talking about the one of European and not Asian origin. So in advance thank you to anyone who can help me with this.

Better, LUC- = glade
"Glade" would be a better approximation of Lee [< |leah|] than "meadow."
Per http://www.yourdictionary.com/lea , "Lucus" is the Classical Latin for "glade."
Using that morpheme, I would propose Lucus/Luca [glade/she-glade] or Lucanus/Lucana [man/woman from the glade]. This may be the basis for the name LUCAN.
(I wonder if that's the inspiration for Luke & Leia Skywalker...?)

Further, if we interpret Lee [< |leah|] as being "from the field or meadow," instead of just "field or meadow," it should be Pratanus/Pratana [man/woman from the meadow].
