You forgot Khaleesi!
Which charts on the US and UK top 1000 names for girls as of 2014. And I suspect will haven risen greatly when the 2015 list comes out.
*I know Khaleesi is a title, not a name, but as a totally invented ASOIAF word, it deserves a mention here :)

Yes, I’ve noticed that Khaleesi is actually used as a name and added it to the list at http://www.behindthename.com/pnl/162618/108943
