1. This is all my own speculation, but, within the Greek Orthodox church, there are several Saints that might be a namesake for a baby. And also, maybe great-grandparent's names might be used.2. In this case, it may be that for one baby, a grandparents middle name may be used.3. With this, I'm not sure but, since naming after grandparents is a strong Greek tradition, maybe they would use the non-Greek names anyway.4. In the New Testament there are some Hebrew names have Greek equivalents, and there are several Hellenized Jewish names too, such as Simon vs. Simeon.Again, this is all my own speculation, and I don't know if any of these ideas really happen among Greek families for certain.
