Not Russia, but Kyivan Rus (Ruthenia)
https://www.behindthename.com/names/tag/harry_potter_characters On this page under name Igor you have written that in the 10th century there was Russia and Kiev as it’s capital. Well, Russia started to exist in 18th century, Moscovia - in the 13th century, Kyiv and not Kiev. Kyivan Rus (or Ruthenia) is the modern territory of Ukraine, Belarus and part of Poland and Lithuania. It has nothing to do with Russia. In the 11th century Kyiv ancient writings it says “it is Ukraine land” and it says nothing about Russia. It would be great if you correct this part and do not post non-verified information.
