Yorkabel
Does anyone on here know Amharic and have any idea what this name means?

Where did you find this? I can't so far find anything similar in the book "Amharic and Ethiopic Onomastics" by Elias Yemane. And this certainly looks like something that might have been heavily altered into something that would fit in with English sounds and names like York and Isabel.

I have found it on the UK top 1000 list and in the Alberta top names, though it is at the lower end, 5 babies per year. When I Google search it, it is all Ethiopian women with this name. Also, on names.com, submitters are stating it is “Eritrean “ and “Ethiopian" for a holy mountain but I know it is not reliable. Perhaps it is from Tigrinya?

It's probably from a language other than Amharic. It might be Oromo, since Oromo is also widely spoken in Ethiopia.
