Could you please tell me what this name means. I have absolutely no clue what it means or what the orgin is. I'd really like to know more about this name. Is it Hawaiian? Perhaps, Egyptian? Please let me know.

Three years later, it's doubtful you'll get this, but I know Lonneke is Dutch and is pronounced "LOH-nah-kah". But I can't seem to find anyone who knows what it means. I've been trying to find out for a long time.

Loki?I just thought it sounded alike to the name Loki, who was what you could call the unpredicable element in the nordic mythology. A real trickster, whom you really do not know if you like or dislike.

From the "kk" and the "i" ending, I'd guess it to be Finnish, altho I can't find it on either of the two Finnish name sites I checked. Mebbe someone else can tell you more.- Da.
