Which translation are you refering to? I've read the book in Finnish (four or five times...) and her name is spelled Lygia in that edition. Do you know whether it's Lygia or Ligia in the original Polish version?

Sorry, Soul... forgot to tell I'm in Argentina and I read the spanish version, a long time ago... Anyway, in Spanish, the pronunciation is LEE-hee-ah.
