DD: Poppy Elodie (2)Arran is from Edinburgh, Scotland. His father was in the military and died overseas when he was a baby. His mother raised him along with her father, who was a fisherman. His grandfather died in a boating accident and his mother died from cancer a couple years later. Arran has a thick, Scottish brogue. He enjoys making up jokes and being around the water. He also enjoys taking things apart and putting them back together, recently he's been dismantling all the clocks he can get his hands on. Poppy is from Brighton, East Sussex. Her mother was raped, but decided to keep the baby and put little Poppy up for adoption. Poppy is a first generation Brit, as her mother immigrated from Kenya. Eventually, when Poppy is old enough, her biological mother would like to meet her. Poppy likes drawing, playing Go Fish, and feeding birds.

DD: Sarah Aberash (15)
DS: Lovrenco Mate (12)
DS: Klaudio Lucijan (9)
Sarah is from Ethiopia. She is a Somali refugee, she came into the camp a couple of months ago. She is a mute, but so far it is unknown whether she absolutely cannot speak, or whether she chooses not to speak because of trauma from her past. Shortly after she arrived, we discovered she was in the early stages of pregnancy. Sarah wishes to keep the baby, and as far as we can tell mother and baby are very healthy. Sarah loves being read to, fairy tales and fantasy seem to be her favorite. And she has become quite skilled at woodworking on small projects.Lovrenco and Klaudio are from Croatia. Their parents owned a shipping business but were killed at sea by pirates. They had no living family so they became wards of the state. They are very excited to come to America and see their new family. Both children and very extroverted and animated. Lovrenco wants to be an actor, and Klaudio's current ambition is to design video games.

DW: [38] Jacqueline Melissa (Lachapelle) "Jacque" GrangerDD/DS: [10] Alfred Maurice "Freddie" Granger / Lucasta Genevieve "Lucy" GrangerLocation: Campbell Island, British Colombia, CanadaWe would like to adopt in order to give struggling children a loving and caring home. Since we want to be able to form a strong bond with the children, the most children we will take in are three. If we have the opportunity, we would like the children to be siblings, or even multiples like our twins. We don't care about the gender, though the twins would prefer to each have another child of their own gender. Since older children have more trouble being adopted, we don't want to adopt children younger than 8, if at all possible. We are open to them being from any place, with any religion or language. We're okay with a dog, but Jacque is allergic to cats, so we can't take one in. We are willing to take in both pregnant teens and children with disabilities or diseases. We look forward to meeting our new children.

DD: Matilda Felicity Rose Dupont (2)We are the Dupont family. Phoebe is a journalist and author, writing about history and human rights issues. Gabriel is an award-winning photojournalist but has decided to spend the next few years as a stay-at-home father, raising his children. He currently writes a successful blog about his adventures with his kids and can't wait to write about being an adoptive father also. The family live in a large apartment in Paris near many art galleries, museums and beautiful parks. We would like to adopt at least two children, at most four. We are happy to welcome both genders and siblings or multiples. The oldest children we could accept would be 12 and the youngest would be newborns. We would like at least one child older than our son and one younger than our daughter. We also would be willing to accept pregnant teens and children with moderate to mile disabilities or diseases. Cats and dogs are also acceptable as pets. We currently have a dog named Heloïse and a cat named Millicent. We are a bilingual family, speaking Phoebe's native English and Gabriel's native French at home. Our kids currently attend a bilingual school. Phoebe also speaks Swahili fluently and Gabriel speaks fluent Arabic. Both parents speak some Spanish and the children are learning it at school. We are willing to learn more languages if necessary and can teach any adopted children French and English. We have no religious preferences although we are atheists and so it would likely be easier for any children we adopt if they are not strongly religious. Looking forward to welcoming our new children into our family! With love, Phoebe, Gabriel, William and Matilda

She abandoned them once Moses could walk because he has epilepsy, and their mother thought it was a curse from the gods. Aditi has watched out for her little brother ever since. One night Aditi heard that one of the Christian missions was giving out food, she brought Moses there to eat. They stayed for the service afterwards and that was the first time that Aditi had ever heard about Jesus, the father to the orphaned. Aditi accepted Christ and the people at the mission have been working ever since to find them a new home.
