We’ll start off with the root vegetables. Choose one common root vegetable (1-6) and one more uncommon root vegetable (7-12)

- Popular in Thai cuisine, galangal is similar to ginger, but galangal is more difficult to cut than ginger and it has a stronger flavor. The flowers are borne at the top of the plant and are small, white and streaked with deep-red veining-
