Some usage questions
I know these names have been used in their countries, but I'm not sure how popular they are today or even if they're still used.Is the name Marta still given in Italy? What about Maria in Russia?Or about Cecilia in Sweden?I know Rosa is fairly popular in Mexico, but is it still given to babies? Also, I know I probably won't get much response on this, but are the names Midori and Sadako used in Japan? Thanks in advance! I appreciate your kindness.

1. Yes. I know one who's about 7. And according to this stat http://www.nomix.it/nomi-piu-frequenti-nati-in-italia-2007.php it's actually n. 26 for 2007. So it might be actually be making some kind of comeback.2. Not sure if it's given to babies. I know a Russian Maria in her mid-30s and another in her late 20s.For Midori and Sadako, they're used, I'm not sure if for babies, though. Names ending in -ko fell out of use in recent years because the suffix means "child" and it's now considered belittling, so it's probably difficult to encounter a Sadako under 20 or so.
