Finley / Finlay is the obvious one for the nickname Finn, however I do like Finnegan so that would be my personal choice. A longer (maybe three syllable or more) middle name would suit Finn better, something like: Christopher, Nicholas, Edison etc.

It's true that Hudson is trendy and imo it's only getting trendier, however it is on my list as I am having a bit of "-son" phase of names at the moment.
