I think Spring can be usable as a middle name, but I don't really like the sound of it as a first name. I prefer Haruko as a first name (haru = spring).

If I used Spring, I'd use it as a mn paired with a fn that reminded me of spring or had a spring-like feel to it.
Some random ideas: (I keep wanting to use things with "Bree" in them, because Bree sounds like spring IMO...)
