It personally looks imbalanced compared to Annabel or Annabelle. Anabel would be fine, but keeping 3-letter Ana and adding -Belle to it doesn’t look balanced.

We should bring this name back! It's super pretty and I have no clue how it hasn't been a popular name kind of like Charlotte!

Anabelle is a great name and you should name all your children Anabelle. The only downside is that, with this spelling, they always spell your name wrong at Starbucks.
