I believe that it can alternately be spelt "Caylie".

Can also be spelt Caley - this is the only version I have seen in NZ.

This name just doesn't seem right with a C. Kaylie and Kailey are better!

I don't like these trendy child names. I mean what happens when you're 50 and your name is Cayley. Seriously it's a little kid name. There's so many ways to spell this name it's annoying.

This is my name and it's awesome! I hate how people are like blah it's better with a k and blah blah balh. It's unique and that's why I love it. There's barely anyone who spells it c-a-y-l-e-y. It's Irish not English. It means slender / Irish princess.
