Dalisay is also used as a masculine name in Filipino and Tagalog. However, it's more common for females. So, I think that the "Gender" of this name should be changed from "Feminine" to "Feminine & Masculine".

This name is a Tagalog name and is approximately pronounced as da-LEE-sigh, with the stress on the second syllable and the last syllable rhyming with the English word "thigh". I realise that you're not a fan of the name and that's fine.
As an aside, I just wanted to say that not everything about the Philippines is related to Spain. As a person of Filipino descent, I'm a little annoyed at the Salvador Dalí mention when it's completely unrelated to the Spanish surname 'Dalí'.
