Edita Vilkeviciute is a Lithuanian model. Vilkevičiūtė was born on 1 January 1989 in Kaunas, Lithuania. According to a recent interview for the telegraph, she attended a model casting organized by D-Max models management while she was on vacation with her parents on the Lithuanian seaside.
There was a Swedish writer & political activist called Edita Morris (born Toll), who moved to the US in the 1940's. She was committed to nuclear disarmament and opposed to many U.S policies of the Cold War. Swedish (married) painter Nils Dardel was very much in love with Edita Morris (also married) and painted her portrait several times, in a manner which made his feelings quite obvious.. eventually he and his wife divorced because of the liaison, among other problems. In Swedish, her name is pronounced eh-DEE-tah. I think it's very pretty and classy. http://cultured.com/images/image_files/82/2181_o_a_heart_on_fire.jpg.
