Comments for EEVA:
I wouldn't spell this name like this (with the two E's) because it looks like someone's "creative" spelling of Eva.-- Pippin 4/29/2008
Please respect other people's languages. I know that double vowels aren't common in English words, but the are very, very common in Finnish. Just because Eeva is spelt with two "e"s doesn't mean it's a creative spelling. A Finnish speaker would pronounce the names Eva and Eeva differently, after all.-- Anonymous User 5/30/2009
In Finnish, Adam and Eve are called Aatami and Eeva.
There is also a popular Finnish women's magazine called Eeva.-- nenmo 7/28/2008
Pronounced E:-və. Eva is also used in Finland, but it's pronounced E-və. Eeva is also about five times as common as Eva.-- Anonymous User 1/15/2011
