Not my favourite name, but nonetheless hardly uncommon. I knew a Georgian woman living abroad with this name, but everyone called her Eli, or Ellie, and so on. In Georgian, the name Eliso should be written as: ელისო

The proper Georgian form of Elizabeth is actually Elisabed (written as ელისაბედ in Georgian).

Eliso is merely a short form of Elisabed.
