I think Emiliana is one of the "best kept secrets" of names. It's incredibly rare but has so much class and doesn't strike you as being strange or odd.

As said it is pronounced e-mee-LYAH-nah so IT IS NOT LIKE EMILY AND ANA as that would be emil-e-anna which just sounds plain wrong.

This is an alternate version of "Emilia", itself a variation of "Amelia" -- which has a Latin root like "ameliorate": to make things better.
