Considering the proper Spanish accents on certain letters, I believe this name is pronounced eh (or ay)-oo-tee-myoh in Spanish.

Eutimio is also the Italian form of Euthymius.

Also, the Portuguese form is Eutímio, with an accent on the first 'i'. The Portuguese form will probably need its own, separate entry, though.
