I LOVE this name! It's the name of Jack's friend in Titanic.

I like this name, it would be good on a handsome Italian guy. But when I hear it I think of Fabreeze, the fabric deodorizer.

This is the name of the male lead in the Broadway musical, The Light in the Piazza.

Such a handsome, romantic name! It makes me think of "The Light in the Piazza", with the male lead, Fabrizio Niccarelli. I want my own Fabrizio.!

I CAN'T help but to picture the Italian guy from the Titanic (jack's friend)
Great movie and character so the association is good.

Nice name, though not something you say fast.
You have to say it slower, direct and with a slight accent.

My name is Fabrizio, I hate this name so, so much, I want so badly to change my name. It's such a stupid name. If you name your child Fabrizio you are a bad parent. I was bullied my whole life because of this name, there are so many ways to pronounce Fabrizio mockingly, it's the worst Italian name ever made. I hate my name.

I think this name rocks! Sorry to hear the poster above was bullied for it. Also like Fabrizia.

Fabrizio De André is a famous bearer. He was an Italian singer-songwriter, perhaps one of the most well-known and even now his songs are very popular. He mostly wrote of characters that were "excluded" from society, such as prostitutes, criminals or "strange guys who sold their mother to a dwarf." He also translated some songs, mostly from French singer songwriter Georges Brassens. Some people call De André the "Italian Bob Dylan" (although once someone said "Fabrizio is not the Italian Dylan, it's Dylan who is the American Fabrizio.")
