Flore Hazoumé is a Congolese writer known for short stories.
Flore Maltine Ramarozatovo is a Malagasy politician. A member of the National Assembly of Madagascar, she was elected as a member of the Tiako I Madagasikara party; she represents the constituency of Soavinandriano.
Flore (or Flora) Revalles (1889 – 1966) was a Swiss entertainer active over the early decades of the twentieth century. Revalles began as a singer in Switzerland, danced with the Ballets Russes in Europe and America and appeared in Broadway and Hollywood productions before resuming her singing career in Europe. She is also remembered for being an aunt of the French film star Guy Tréjan (1921–2001).
Flore Levine-Cousyns (1898-1989) was a Belgian concert pianist, Professor of Piano at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp (1931-1964) and was appointed Chevalier de l’Ordre de la Couronne and Chevalier de l’Ordre de Léopold. She herself was a disciple of Émile Bosquet.

A variant of this name, Floré, is used by a character of the same name that appears in Puyo Puyo Quest, where she is a part of the Angel Series. In this case, it is pronounced as FLO-ray due to the accent on the final "e".

An uncommon related name, Florelle, also exists. It was borne by Florelle (1898-1974), a French singer and actress.
