Why isn't the Spanish pronunciation listed, which is (more or less) GAHB-rree-el?

Pronounced GAHP-ree-el in German. [noted -ed]

In the United States, the name is correctly pronounced Gay-bree-il. It is NOT pronounced like the feminine version, Gabrielle, in English. Unfortunately, my husband has to constantly correct people on how to pronounce his name.

The feminine of Gabriel is actually Gabriela/Gabriella, but Gabrielle has caught on as a feminine version to Gabriel as well in the past decade in the U. S.
