I've noticed that this seems to be a somewhat popular name for babies here in France right now. It's pronounced, 'you-go' in French, with no 'h' sound.

The French pronunciation is not YOU-go. It is UY-go.
The Portuguese pronunciation is [OO-goo].
The German pronunciation is HOO-go. [noted -ed]
Dutch pronunciation is HUY-kho (sounds like ue in the French "rue" and kh is pronounced like ch in the Scottish "loch"). [noted -ed]
