Janaína Tschäpe (born 1973) is a Brazilian and German artist. Tschäpe was born in 1973 in Munich, Germany, and was raised in São Paulo, Brazil. Tschäpe’s interdisciplinary practice spans painting, drawing, photography, video and sculpture.
Janaína Dutra (November 30, 1960 – February 8, 2004) was an LGBTQIA+ activist and a lawyer from Brazil. She is recognized for being the first transfeminine person to carry a professional card from the Brazilian Bar Association.
