Very handsome, manly, and hot! Makes me think of a guy who often comes off as a bad boy, but actually has a good heart deep inside. Cool name, in a nutshell.

Originally I wasn't a fan of this name, between Jeff foxworthy and my high school journalism teacher, this name always left a bad taste in my mouth. However recently, I met a Jeff that I'm very fond of, so now I really like this name. It's funny how your impression of a name can change so drastically because of one person.

Each time I hear the name 'Jeff', I think of a boy that likes video games, is kind, and down-to-Earth.
