Kenny

I think it sounds more like a nickname than a full name.

This name always reminds me of the character from South Park, but I think it would be a cute name for a boy. I am a huge fan of the show, and when I have a son I want to name him after Kenny because he is one of my personal favorite South Park characters for his heroic qualities. For example, he sacrificed himself to help his friends in some episodes, and he watched over his little sister as Mysterion when they were put into a mean foster home and bought her a toy when he got a job.

Reminds me of the South Park character. I'd only use Kenny as a nickname for Kenneth.

Sounds weak and nerdy, in contrast to Kenneth, a beautiful Irish name. I guess Ken would be okay.

My son is named Kenneth and he has always been called Kenny. I don't know where the information comes from on the meaning of Kenny and dying. The only meaning I have ever heard or seen is "handsome".
