I have seen this name pronounced KO-en and also spelt Cohen, Coen, and Kohen.

Cohen/Kohen/Koen is incredibly offensive as a forename. Cohen is the last name of the Kohanim Jews. It should not be used as a first name. And people are using this as a name because of that stupid show The OC. I absolutely hate that show, and the character with the name was pretty annoying.
