I like this name a lot more than Lillian. I think Lileas is more delicate. Although Lilea might be better, if you wanted to change it a little.

I prefer this somewhat unusual form of Lily to the stiff Lillian or the Hispanic Liliana. Lily is an attractive nickname, but too banal as a full name.
